Black History Month
     Black History Month began on Sunday, February 1, 2015, and ends on Saturday, February 28, 2015.  Black History Month, also known as African-American History Month, is an annual observance in the United states, Canada, and the United Kingdom for remembrance of important people and events in the history of African-Americans.  This month will provide opportunities in the schools of Wayne County for special observances, events, and teaching about the positive contribution of African-Americans in our society.

Classes with 500 Box Tops receive a Popsicle Party, 1000 Box Tops Nacho Party and 1500+ receive a Pizza Party sponsored by the Box Tops Committee.
