My name is Teresa McKee, and I currently teach ACT Prep English classes. I am delighted to be back at WCHS. To tell you a bit about myself, I am married to Dale McKee, and we have two sons who are both married and have given us three beautiful grandchildren. Both Dale and I are in education. I have a B.A. degree in English and an M.Ed. degree with an English concentration, both from USM (yes, there is an Eagle theme here!) Having split my teaching career between the Laurel School District and the Wayne County School District, I retired after 25 years, but I found myself missing the classroom after just one year, so I have spent these past five years working part-time and have truly been happy. I love teaching teenagers! These young people amaze me in countless ways, and I am excited to see how their futures unfold. In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my husband to see my children and grandchildren, reading, and playing with our two rescue dogs Luke and Cupcake.
Take a look at my webpage to see further information about the course that I teach. I hope you find the information helpful. If you have questions or concerns, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at 601-735-2851 to schedule an appointment to see me. I leave after 2nd block each day but will be happy to meet with you at the beginning of 3rd block. Thank you for sharing your teenagers with me!
