My name is Gloria Leverette, I have been a Special Education teacher at Waynesboro Middle School for three years. I am a 7th grade inclusion teacher, and I am a life long learner. Prior to teaching at Waynesboro Middle School, I was employed as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Supervisor at Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources. I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse. I earned my nursing certificate from Jones County Junior College. I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, and I earned my teaching certificate in Special Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. I am currently pursuing a Masters of Special Education Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have always had a passion for education. After working many years in the healthcare industry, I decided to pursue a degree in Special Education. I believe in doing what is best for my students, and likewise I expect for my students to do their best. I enjoy working with my students and their families to ensure the success of all of my students.
