The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship program for top high school seniors with sigfnificant financial need seeking to attend the nation's best colleges and universities. Up to 40 applicants will be selected from a nationwide pool.
Recipients may receive up to $30,000 per year to attend a four year undergraduate institution for tuition, living expenses, books and other fees.
Applicants must graduate in the spring of 2017, enroll in an accredited four year college beginning fall 2017, earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above, receive SAT combined 1200 or above by October 1, 2017,OR ACT composite score of 26 or above by September 21, 2013,and demonstrate unmet financial need. Applicats with family income up to $95,000 will be considered however, we anticipate that a majority of scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a Pell Grant.
