Clara 4th Graders Learn How to Manage Money

Emily Cooley, of First State Bank, came to Clara School and shared tips on money safety with the 4th grade students.  She read a lesson about different scenarios of how some people may carelessly manage their money.  During the lesson, students were actively participating by alerting her to “Stop” and proceeded to tell her how the money was mismanaged. At the end of the lesson, each student was given a badge (member of Central Savings Agency), a pencil, and a $1 bill in hopes that they would use it (or save it) wisely.
