Scholarships 2018

Mississippi State University- Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program (METP) Scholarship

Must have ACT of 28 or higher and a 3.5 overall GPA

Scholars will receive an award covering full tuition, books, room and board, and incidental expenses for four years of attendance along with a one-time technology stipend.

Concordia College Alabama

  • College yearly cost $17,020

ACT Student Champions receive a $500 non-renewable scholarship, certificate, plaque, and state-level recognition. 

Please encourage students in the graduating class of 2018 who have taken the ACT who fit the following criteria to apply: 

  • A student who has overcome challenges and can articulate education and career actions
  • Students must have a composite ACT score of a 22 on a single test date or a 3.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale
  • Preference will be given to underrepresented and/or first-generation college students.

Three $2,000 scholarships available to students enrolled in an associate's degree, bachelor's degree or graduate level program at an accredited 2-year college or 4-year university. Each eligible student must submit a 500-750 word essay response to the question: How can your major of study improve the lives of seniors in assisted living facilities in your town? Deadline is December 31, 2017. Scholarship award recipients will be announced January 31, 2018.
